At present, we offer standard shipping across the United States only.
International Shipping
Currently, Bilera ships exclusively within the U.S. We do not offer international shipping yet — but we’re working on making it happen in the near future!
Order Adjustments
Ordered the wrong item?
No worries — we’ve got you covered. You can return your item according to our Return Policy. However, please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We always recommend reviewing your order details before confirming your purchase.
Need to update your shipping address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, simply email us at hello@bilera.shop as soon as possible. Once the package is in transit, unfortunately, we won’t be able to make changes.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor your package as it makes its way from our facility to your doorstep.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect information, the reshipping fee will be the customer’s responsibility.
Order Cancellation
Changed your mind?
You’re free to cancel your order as long as it hasn’t shipped. If it’s already on its way, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the next steps.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing delivery.
