Returning Items Within 30 Days

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return it. All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back with all original packaging intact. Keeping your order confirmation or proof of purchase will help us process your return quickly and efficiently.

How to Start Your Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at support@bilera.store with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’re returning the item. Our support team will walk you through the steps, including how to pack and send your item securely.

Please use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for return items lost in transit.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Note: We do not charge a restocking fee for any returns.

Refunds: What to Expect

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets our return criteria. If everything checks out, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s issued.

Since original shipping is free, we kindly ask customers to cover return shipping when sending items back.
Items that are used, damaged, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Ordered the wrong color, size, or just changed your mind? We’ve got you covered. We offer exchanges for both defective and non-defective items.

To request an exchange, email us at support@bilera.store with your order number and details of what you’d like to exchange. Our team will assist you through a quick and easy exchange process.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost in both defective and non-defective exchange cases.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
  • Gift cards
